1. Introduction / 소개

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cleio Pro subscription service (“Service”) offered by Cleio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Cleio mobile application (“App”). By subscribing to Cleio Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

본 구독 약관(“약관”)은 Cleio(“당사”)가 Cleio 모바일 애플리케이션(“앱”)을 통해 제공하는 Cleio Pro 구독 서비스(“서비스”)의 이용에 적용됩니다. Cleio Pro를 구독함으로써, 귀하는 본 약관 및 Apple 표준 라이선스 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)에 동의하게 됩니다.

2. Subscription Plans / 구독 상품

Cleio offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Prices are in Korean Won (KRW). Actual charges may vary by region and currency based on Apple’s pricing tiers. The applicable price is displayed in the App Store and within the app at the time of purchase.

가격은 한국 원화(KRW) 기준입니다. 실제 청구 금액은 Apple의 가격 등급에 따라 지역 및 통화별로 다를 수 있습니다. 적용되는 가격은 구매 시점에 App Store 및 앱 내에서 표시됩니다.

3. Free Trial / 무료 체험

New subscribers are eligible for a 3-day free trial of Cleio Pro. The free trial is available once per Apple ID.

신규 구독자는 3일간의 Cleio Pro 무료 체험을 이용할 수 있습니다. 무료 체험은 Apple ID당 1회 제공됩니다.

The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the 3-day trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
무료 체험은 3일 체험 기간 종료 시 자동으로 유료 구독으로 전환됩니다. 체험 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 결제됩니다.
The subscription fee for the selected plan will be charged to your Apple ID account upon conversion.
선택한 상품의 구독 요금은 전환 시 귀하의 Apple ID 계정으로 청구됩니다.

4. Payment and Auto-Renewal / 결제 및 자동 갱신

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
결제는 구매 확인 시 귀하의 Apple ID 계정으로 청구됩니다.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
귀하의 구독은 각 결제 주기(월간 또는 연간) 종료 시 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 현재 주기 종료 24시간 전까지 자동 갱신을 해제하지 않으면 갱신됩니다.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan.
갱신 결제는 현재 주기 종료 24시간 이내에 선택한 상품 요금으로 청구됩니다.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
구독을 구매하면 무료 체험 기간의 미사용 잔여분은 소멸됩니다.

5. Cancellation / 구독 해지

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.
해지는 현재 결제 주기 종료 시 적용됩니다. 해당 날짜까지 Pro 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining period.
해지 시 잔여 기간에 대한 일할 환불은 제공되지 않습니다.

6. Refunds / 환불

All purchases and refunds are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

모든 구매 및 환불은 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. 환불 요청은 Apple의 환불 정책에 따라 Apple에 직접 문의해야 합니다. 당사는 직접 환불을 처리하지 않습니다.

7. Pro Features / Pro 기능

7.2 Pro-Exclusive Features / Pro 전용 기능

Cleio Pro subscribers additionally receive:

AI Summary (OpenAI GPT) — Cloud-based, higher-quality AI summaries (usage-based; see Section 8)

AI Summary (Private Cloud Compute) — An alternative, opt-in cloud summarization engine built on Apple Inc.’s Private Cloud Compute technology; you select it directly in Settings (the default remains GPT). It does not draw on the usage allowance described in Section 8 and is instead subject to a separate limit set by Apple (see Section 8).
AI 요약 (Private Cloud Compute) — Apple Inc.의 Private Cloud Compute 기술에 기반한, 설정에서 이용자가 직접 선택하는 대안 클라우드 요약 엔진입니다(기본값은 그대로 GPT). 제8조에서 설명하는 사용 한도를 소모하지 않으며, 대신 Apple이 별도로 정하는 한도가 적용됩니다(제8조 참조).
Text correction (OpenAI) — Cloud-based post-transcription text refinement (usage-based; see Section 8)

Cloud AI features require separate consent. AI Summary, text correction, and multilingual translation transmit transcription text to OpenAI or Apple, so they run only after you give the separate consent to the processing of sensitive information described in Article 6-6 of the Privacy Policy. Declining or later withdrawing that consent disables these features regardless of your subscription status; the remaining Pro benefits are unaffected.

클라우드 AI 기능은 별도 동의가 필요합니다. AI 요약·텍스트 교정·다국어 번역은 음성 기록 텍스트를 OpenAI 또는 Apple로 전송하므로, 개인정보처리방침 제6조의6의 민감정보 처리에 관한 별도 동의를 받은 뒤에만 동작합니다. 동의하지 않거나 이후 철회하면 구독 상태와 무관하게 해당 기능이 중단되며, 나머지 Pro 혜택에는 영향이 없습니다.

8. Usage System / 사용량 시스템

Certain Pro features — specifically OpenAI-powered AI summaries, text correction, and multilingual meeting translation — operate on a usage-based system with a monthly limit.

특정 Pro 기능, 즉 OpenAI 기반 AI 요약, 텍스트 교정 및 다국어 회의 번역은 월별 한도가 있는 사용량 기반 시스템으로 운영됩니다.

Note: Internally, this mechanism is also referred to as “credits” (for example, in support communications); the app itself displays it to you as “usage.” Both terms refer to the same monthly allowance described below.

참고: 이 체계는 내부적으로 “크레딧”이라고도 부르며(예: 고객 지원 응대 시), 앱 화면에는 “사용량”으로 표시됩니다. 두 용어는 아래에서 설명하는 동일한 월간 한도를 가리킵니다.

A usage allowance is granted periodically to active Pro subscribers.
활성 Pro 구독자에게는 사용 한도가 주기적으로 부여됩니다.
Each use of an OpenAI-powered feature consumes a portion of your usage allowance based on usage volume.
OpenAI 기반 기능을 사용할 때마다 사용량에 따라 한도가 차감됩니다.
Unused usage allowance does not carry over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
미사용 한도는 별도 명시가 없는 한 다음 결제 주기로 이월되지 않습니다.
When you reach the usage limit, OpenAI-powered features become unavailable until the next usage allowance is granted. On-device features (WhisperKit STT, Foundation Models summary) remain fully available at all times.
사용 한도에 도달하면 다음 사용량이 부여될 때까지 OpenAI 기반 기능을 사용할 수 없습니다. 온디바이스 기능(WhisperKit 음성 기록, Foundation Models 요약)은 항상 이용 가능합니다.

Private Cloud Compute AI summarization is separate from this usage system. It does not draw on or deplete the usage allowance described above, and using it does not affect how much allowance you have left for OpenAI-powered features. It is instead subject to its own limit that Apple sets and administers independently; Apple does not disclose an exact remaining count or reset cycle, so we do not state one here (for example, we do not describe it as “daily” or “monthly”). If you select “Automatic” as your summary engine, note that when Private Cloud Compute is unavailable, the app falls back to GPT without asking first, and that use does draw on the usage allowance described above.

Private Cloud Compute 기반 AI 요약은 이 사용량 시스템과는 별개입니다. 위에서 설명한 사용 한도를 소모하지 않으며, 이 기능을 사용해도 OpenAI 기반 기능에 남은 사용량에는 영향을 주지 않습니다. 대신 Apple이 독자적으로 정하고 관리하는 별도의 한도가 적용되며, Apple은 정확한 잔여 횟수나 초기화 주기를 공개하지 않으므로 당사도 이를 “일간” 또는 “월간”과 같이 특정하여 안내하지 않습니다. 요약 엔진을 “자동”으로 선택한 경우, Private Cloud Compute를 사용할 수 없을 때는 별도로 묻지 않고 GPT로 전환되며, 이 경우의 사용은 위에서 설명한 사용 한도를 소모한다는 점에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

9. Downgrade Policy / 다운그레이드 정책

If you cancel your Cleio Pro subscription or it expires, the following applies:

Cleio Pro 구독을 해지하거나 만료될 경우 다음 사항이 적용됩니다:

iCloud sync will be deactivated. Data already stored locally on your device will be retained, but synchronization across devices will stop. storage optimization, which depends on iCloud sync, will also stop; any audio files still stored only in iCloud remain accessible and downloadable.
iCloud 동기화가 비활성화됩니다. 기기에 이미 로컬로 저장된 데이터는 유지되지만, 기기 간 동기화는 중단됩니다. iCloud 동기화에 의존하는 저장 공간 최적화도 함께 중단되며, iCloud에만 저장된 오디오 파일은 계속 접근 및 다운로드가 가능합니다.
OpenAI-powered features will be deactivated. Cloud-based AI summaries, text correction, and multilingual meeting translation will no longer be available.
OpenAI 기반 기능이 비활성화됩니다. 클라우드 기반 AI 요약, 텍스트 교정 및 다국어 회의 번역을 더 이상 사용할 수 없습니다.
Private Cloud Compute AI summarization will also be deactivated. This engine option requires an active Pro subscription and will no longer be available.
Private Cloud Compute 기반 AI 요약도 함께 비활성화됩니다. 이 엔진 선택지는 활성 Pro 구독을 필요로 하며, 더 이상 사용할 수 없습니다.
Existing results are preserved. Summaries, corrected transcripts, and other content generated while you were a Pro subscriber will remain accessible.
기존 결과는 보존됩니다. Pro 구독 기간 중 생성된 요약, 교정된 음성 기록 및 기타 콘텐츠는 계속 열람 가능합니다.
Export functionality will be deactivated. Markdown and PDF export will no longer be available.

On-device features remain fully available. Recording, on-device STT, speaker diarization, and on-device AI summaries continue without restriction.

10. Price Changes / 가격 변경

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. In the event of a price increase:

You will be notified in advance through the App Store or the app.
App Store 또는 앱을 통해 사전 통지됩니다.
Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice.
가격 변경은 통지 이후 다음 결제 주기 시작 시 적용됩니다.
If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
새 가격에 동의하지 않는 경우, 새 가격 적용 전에 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.
Apple may require your explicit consent to continue at the new price, in accordance with App Store policies.
Apple은 App Store 정책에 따라 새 가격으로 계속 이용하기 위해 귀하의 명시적 동의를 요구할 수 있습니다.

11. AI Disclaimer / AI 면책 조항

Cleio uses artificial intelligence technologies for speech-to-text transcription, speaker diarization, text correction, and summarization. These features are provided on an “as is” basis.

Cleio는 음성 기록, 화자 분리, 텍스트 교정, 요약에 인공지능 기술을 사용합니다. 이러한 기능은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다.

No guarantee of accuracy. AI-generated transcriptions, speaker labels, corrections, and summaries may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. They should not be relied upon as the sole record of any conversation or meeting.
정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. AI가 생성한 음성 기록, 화자 라벨, 교정 내용, 요약에는 오류, 부정확성 또는 누락이 포함될 수 있습니다. 대화나 회의의 유일한 기록으로 의존해서는 안 됩니다.
No guarantee of availability. AI features depend on device capabilities, model availability, and (for Pro cloud features) network connectivity and third-party service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any AI feature.
가용성을 보장하지 않습니다. AI 기능은 기기 성능, 모델 가용성, 그리고 (Pro 클라우드 기능의 경우) 네트워크 연결 및 타사 서비스 가용성에 따라 달라집니다. 어떠한 AI 기능에 대해서도 중단 없는 접근을 보장하지 않습니다.
User responsibility. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before using it for any purpose.
사용자 책임. AI가 생성한 콘텐츠의 정확성을 확인하는 것은 전적으로 귀하의 책임입니다.

12. Service Availability / 서비스 가용성

The App’s on-device features (recording, on-device STT, speaker diarization, on-device AI summary) function without an internet connection.
앱의 온디바이스 기능(녹음, 온디바이스 음성 기록, 화자 분리, 온디바이스 AI 요약)은 인터넷 연결 없이 작동합니다.
Pro cloud features (OpenAI summary, Private Cloud Compute summary, text correction, multilingual meeting translation, iCloud sync) require an active internet connection and are subject to the availability of Apple and third-party servers.
Pro 클라우드 기능(OpenAI 요약, Private Cloud Compute 요약, 텍스트 교정, 다국어 회의 번역, iCloud 동기화)은 인터넷 연결이 필요하며 Apple 및 타사 서버의 가용성에 따라 달라집니다.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
서비스의 중단 없는 또는 오류 없는 운영을 보장하지 않습니다. 유지보수, 업데이트 또는 당사의 통제 범위를 벗어난 사유로 인해 일시적인 서비스 중단이 발생할 수 있습니다.

13. Limitation of Liability / 책임의 제한

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사는 귀하의 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 특별한, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해, 또는 데이터, 수익 또는 이익의 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

14. Changes to These Terms / 약관 변경

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

당사는 본 약관을 언제든지 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 또는 이메일을 통해 안내됩니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하시면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

15. Governing Law / 준거법

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea. However, nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights or venue rights available to you under applicable law.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다(법률 충돌 규정은 적용하지 않음). 본 약관에서 발생하는 분쟁은 대한민국 관할 법원에 제출됩니다. 다만 관련 법령이 이용자에게 강행적으로 보장하는 소비자 보호 권리 및 관할은 본 조항에 의해 제한되지 않습니다.
